A producer agreement is for songs the producer makes with you or for you. A beat licence is for a beat that already exists and is often sold to several artists. If you are buying a ready-made beat, use the beat license agreement template.

The producer sent me their contract. What do I do?

Upload it as PDF or Word: the review marks the risky clauses, quotes the exact text and suggests what to change (about 10 credits). For a big deal, show it to a music lawyer as well.
